The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were informed that the AC does not work and offered free cancellation. It was not hot and we decided to stay. Generally, we are happy with the service we got.

This is a great hotel in the heart of the city. Perhaps 2 blocks away from the bus stop for #72 so you can get there by metro and bus very easily. The breakfast buffet was superb. I actually stayed here twice during my time in the country. Very friendly travellers from all over Europe (and presumably the world). The staff was exceptional and very friendly. You can't beat the price!

I loved my stay at hotel Downtown! All went well!! Staff is very nice and the rooms are large, clean and confortable! A single standard room even comes with a large bed whicj was a great surprise!! Breakfast was good too although the hot dishes needed just to be a little warmer. Great value for money! I stayed there 5 nights and I would be happy to stay there again! Regards

Excellent location in the heart of the city of Sofia. In a walking distance away from major see-sights like the National Palace of Culture. The staff was polite and very clear in their explanation regarding my stay. The room was clean and cozy with nice, comfy bed and big bathroom.

Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, we had everything we needed. Good location, easy to walk to the metro station and to other places on foot. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Good value for money in general and the breakfast was good as well.

The daytime receptionist was extremely helpful, and the lobby area is very comfortable. Car parking is extremely rare, but the hotel has an arrangement for local parking. 10 euro

Breakfast was good. Beautiful views from spacious suite 605 with lots of windows. Suite was excellent and spacious. Breakfast was quiet because of only few other customers. Situation good close to National Culture Palace (NPC) and short walk to walking street. 200 m to metro station from airport.

Excellent location very close to three different metro stations, fast check in, very comfortable beds and warm room. The breakfast was decent, there wasn't much variety but it was ok. WiFi worked well, the room was quiet and the shower was great. It was an excellent bargain for 50 EUR a night, including breakfast.

The hotel is close to the city centre and the room was large with all that you would expect. Located near to the metro station so that travel by metro from the Airport is possible

The location was really good, near two metro stations to cover all 4 metro lines in Sofia and in a nice suburb of the town. The city center is only 15 minutes walk from the hotel.. The breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were comfortable, mine was very large. The staff was helping and nice.
